Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement software solutions for consulting and software development projects.
- Apply AI methods and tools throughout the software development lifecycle, including LLMs, agentic frameworks, code generation, and test automation.
- Create and assess sophisticated software architectures using modern frameworks and technologies.
- Conduct requirements analysis and develop technical concepts and solution architectures.
- Act as a technical customer contact throughout the project lifecycle, from acquisition through acceptance.
- Represent Accso in customer engagements and communicate with stakeholders up to executive level.
- Track software architecture and technology trends and contribute insights to Accso’s technological development.
- Share knowledge proactively and contribute to internal communities and networks.
Requirements
- Completed degree in computer science or a comparable discipline.
- Long-term professional experience in software engineering, software architecture, architecture evaluation, and server- or client-side development.
- Strong expertise in requirements analysis, technical concept development, and solution architecture.
- Understanding of the sales context and the ability to develop convincing customer solutions.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, ownership, empathy, and confident communication with diverse stakeholders.
- Fluent German at least at C1 level.
- Very good English at least at B2 level.
