Base Salary

$74k - $111k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design, implement, and maintain the AIRCHECK cloud-based database and data portal.
  • Develop data pipelines and storage solutions for efficient data collection, curation, and accessibility.
  • Integrate data analytics and AI capabilities to support prediction of drug-like molecules for defined protein targets.
  • Ensure data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor and optimize platform performance and scalability for massive datasets.
  • Own website development end to end across the frontend, backend, and integration layers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in software development or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data engineering and cloud-based application design.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
  • Experience building production web applications with a modern React framework such as Next.js or Remix.
  • Solid backend development experience with Express.js.
  • Experience with CI/CD, ideally Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Databricks, and PySpark.
  • Experience designing or building ETL pipelines.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML tools for data analysis or prediction.
  • Experience with GCP or Azure; AWS experience is a plus.
  • Experience with big data storage and analytics services such as S3, Azure Data Lake, BigQuery, and Redshift.
