Responsibilities

Build and enhance core banking loan servicing platforms.
Design APIs, backend services, microservices, integrations, and orchestration layers for complex workflows.
Develop user-facing applications with strong usability and performance.
Deliver end-to-end applications across frontend, backend, and integration layers.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and own features from design through production support.
Collaborate with product, architecture, and business teams to solve complex banking domain problems.
Contribute to API-first, cloud, event-driven, application modernization, and operational resiliency initiatives.
Explore and implement AI-assisted features, automation, insights, and intelligent workflows where appropriate.
Ensure systems are secure, resilient, and compliant.
Identify opportunities to use AI development tools to improve delivery efficiency.
Contribute to engineering quality, continuous improvement, CI/CD, and observability practices.

3–7 years of experience in backend or full-stack development in enterprise environments.
Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and distributed systems.
Experience delivering production-grade applications end to end.
Solid experience in banking or financial services, including areas such as onboarding, payments, lending, or trade.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with demonstrated ownership and accountability for delivery.
Ability to work across technology stacks and adapt quickly, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
Exposure to AI/ML or LLM-based capabilities, including at the feature level.
Experience using AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, code assistants, or automation tools.
Familiarity with search, data retrieval, or analytics platforms is preferred.
Experience with cloud-native or modernization programs is preferred.
Understanding of event-driven or streaming architectures is preferred.
