Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead technical strategy and architecture for Performance Ads Formats.
- Drive cross-functional product initiatives from discovery to launch.
- Design scalable and maintainable systems across various surfaces.
- Partner with Product and Data Science for data-driven decisions.
- Enhance production quality through design reviews and testing strategies.
- Mentor senior engineers and create high-quality technical documentation.
- Utilize AI tools to improve workflow and quality checks.
