Responsibilities

  • Administer and support MongoDB environments.
  • Onboard new initiatives to MongoDB and support MongoDB developers.
  • Assist delivery teams with solution development and testing.
  • Provide practical troubleshooting support for production issues.
  • Perform database administration activities including bulk data loading and data migration.
  • Provide guidance to delivery teams and engage with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience administering and supporting MongoDB environments.
  • Good working knowledge of MongoDB administration, design and development practices, and operations.
  • Experience supporting MongoDB developers through onboarding, solution development, testing, and production issue resolution.
  • Working knowledge of bulk data loading and data migration.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Prior MongoDB Atlas experience is preferred but not essential.
