Responsibilities
- Own complex architectural problems across the platform, including large-scale data synchronization and secure sandbox infrastructure.
- Architect, build, and ship scalable full-stack features with React and TypeScript.
- Design systems for synchronizing and indexing large volumes of client data while enforcing permissions.
- Build infrastructure for reliable, secure processing of millions of LLM calls per month.
- Implement secure code sandbox solutions capable of spawning thousands of sandboxes per day.
- Create infrastructure and tooling for rapid custom system integrations.
- Collaborate on technical roadmaps and architectural decisions.
- Debug production incidents, identify root causes, and implement durable fixes.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct thorough code reviews, and improve engineering standards and team performance.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of professional software engineering experience with a strong full-stack background and clearly demonstrated frontend work.
- Production experience with React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with tRPC, Kubernetes, and modern frontend tooling.
- Experience designing, scaling, and maintaining complex architectures for high-growth products.
- Experience with large dataset synchronization, high-volume API or LLM processing, and secure multi-tenant infrastructure.
- Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of substantial initiatives from conception through delivery and operation.
- Interest in mentoring engineers and shaping engineering standards.
- Strong product ownership mindset with attention to user experience and long-term product success.
- Comfort working at pace in a high-growth environment.
