Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support software solutions and workflow automation capabilities using Microsoft .NET and cloud-native technologies.
- Apply 3D mathematics, computational geometry, coordinate systems, geometric transformations, and 3D mesh processing to treatment-planning capabilities.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, perform root-cause analysis, and resolve complex production issues.
- Define and implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and operational support practices to improve reliability, performance, scalability, and observability.
- Collaborate with end users, architects, product leaders, quality, regulatory, cybersecurity, and DevOps teams to prioritize improvements and deliver reliable solutions.
- Use AI-enabled tools, automation, and engineering best practices to accelerate development, testing, documentation, and production support.
Requirements
- High school diploma; a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field is also listed.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, production support, DevOps, or related technology roles, including technical leadership and solution design.
- Strong expertise in C#, Microsoft .NET, Azure cloud services, WPF, Web APIs, relational databases, and modern DevOps practices.
- Experience with 3D mathematics, computational geometry, coordinate systems, geometric transformations, 3D mesh processing, geometry-based algorithms, and complex-data visualization.
- Experience troubleshooting distributed systems, integrations, and interoperability challenges.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented design, design patterns, multithreaded applications, memory management, and scalable software architecture.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating across product, quality, regulatory, cybersecurity, and architecture teams.
- Experience using AI-enabled development, automation, and productivity tools to improve software delivery, quality, documentation, and operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into reliable, maintainable, and scalable technical solutions.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without employment-visa sponsorship.
