Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP solutioning for transformation opportunities, including RFPs, RFIs, and proposals.
- Define SAP solution architecture across S/4HANA business processes, cross-workstream integrations, extensions, reporting, security, and data.
- Provide architecture oversight across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing, Plant Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, Transportation, and HR interfaces as applicable.
- Govern solution principles, architectural guardrails, design decisions, integration patterns, review boards, design workshops, risk reviews, and quality gates.
- Support SAP programs through discovery, design, build, testing, cutover, deployment, hypercare, and stabilization.
- Oversee SAP and non-SAP integration, data migration strategy, custom development, RICEFW objects, workflows, reports, extensions, identity, authorization, infrastructure, and operational readiness.
- Prepare architecture updates, decision papers, options analyses, and steering committee inputs for leadership.
- Drive solution walkthroughs, design validations, test readiness reviews, cutover checkpoints, post-go-live reviews, risk mitigation, and reusable architecture assets.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in the relevant domain.
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture, SAP Activate, enterprise process integration, and large transformation delivery models.
- Broad knowledge of SAP functional domains and cross-module integration across finance, procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, maintenance, quality, sales, and related areas.
- Experience with ECC-to-SAP S/4HANA transformations using brownfield, greenfield, selective data transition, or hybrid approaches.
- Working knowledge of SAP BTP, CPI, PI/PO, APIs, IDocs, CDS views, Fiori, roles and authorizations, analytics, workflow, and cloud integration.
- Understanding of SAP RISE, hyperscaler environments, network and security dependencies, transport strategy, landscape planning, and operational readiness.
- Experience reviewing RICEFW scope, custom-code remediation, simplification items, integration inventories, interface rationalization, and technical debt reduction.
- Knowledge of data migration strategy, master data governance, reconciliation, validation, migration cockpit, ETL tools, and cutover execution.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, facilitation, problem-solving, decision-making, risk management, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to lead distributed teams, manage ambiguity, engage business and IT leaders, and simplify complex SAP concepts for leadership and project teams.
