Responsibilities
- Design and implement MuleSoft API-led integrations connecting Salesforce CDP with Oracle Fusion, CPQ, and other enterprise systems.
- Configure and administer Salesforce CDP, including activation, data ingestion, modeling, segmentation, and identity resolution.
- Develop middleware solutions for error handling, data transfer, and system reliability across platforms.
- Manage secure file transfers using Akamai and WinSCP while maintaining organizational compliance standards.
- Integrate NICE CaaS and other cloud-based services into existing workflows.
- Use ANSI SQL within Salesforce CDP for data manipulation, modeling, and segmentation.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and maintain reliable connectivity and data flow.
- Identify and deploy middleware AI use cases to improve automation, operational efficiency, and data quality.
Requirements
- At least 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CDP and API-led integration, including enterprise middleware exposure.
- Experience with Salesforce CDP activation, administration, data ingestion, modeling, identity resolution, segmentation, and API integration.
- Experience with MuleSoft API-led integration, Oracle Fusion integration, CPQ integration, and middleware error handling.
- Proficiency with ANSI SQL for Salesforce CDP.
- Preferred experience integrating NICE CaaS and using Akamai and WinSCP for file transfers.
- Knowledge of middleware AI automation use cases, data security, compliance practices, and cloud-based middleware platforms.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field is desired.
- Salesforce Certified Data Architect, Salesforce CDP, or MuleSoft Certified Integration Specialist certification is preferred.
