Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable distributed systems, high-performance APIs, backend services, and resilient architectures.
- Build cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure.
- Engineer reliable, secure, and scalable data platforms processing large volumes of customer interactions.
- Productionise AI and machine learning solutions and contribute to generative AI applications.
- Drive technical excellence through code reviews, mentoring, testing, clean architecture, and engineering standards.
- Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, product managers, and global engineering teams.
- Influence the technical direction of products used by enterprise clients across multiple regions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong Python or TypeScript development experience.
- Experience designing and building cloud-native applications.
- Experience with engineering quality, testing, and clean architecture.
- Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking skills.
- Experience mentoring other engineers.
- Curiosity, humility, and a desire to continuously learn.
