Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to uncover technical and operational pain points.
- Lead technical discovery conversations with prospects regarding their enterprise systems.
- Produce integration scope documents, data-flow diagrams, and effort estimates.
- Build and maintain a library of repeatable integration patterns and reference architectures.
- Represent integration feasibility in deal review and pricing conversations.
- Collaborate with the post-sales Integrations team to refine scoping templates.
- Deliver live demos and proof-of-concept integrations to prospects.
- Advocate for prospect needs with Product, Engineering, and Legal teams.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting.
- Deep familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and modern integration patterns.
- Extensive knowledge of APIs, data flows, and systems architecture.
- Experience with iPaaS platforms like Workato, Boomi, or MuleSoft.
- Familiarity with SaaS delivery models and customer success workflows.
- Experience with enterprise systems such as ERP or EAM systems.
- Proven ability to scope technical work and translate it into effort estimates.
