Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize key marketing platforms with a focus on stability and security.
- Build and maintain API- and event-driven integrations between Marketo and other systems.
- Execute and automate data hygiene processes to support lead routing accuracy.
- Implement workflow automations to connect HelpDesk/Asana forms to platform actions.
- Build reusable technical assets and document technical runbooks and SOPs.
- Set up monitoring and alerting for key integrations and use DevOps practices.
Requirements
- 4–7+ years in a technical role supporting enterprise B2B SaaS environments.
- Strong experience with APIs, webhooks, and integrations.
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language for automation.
- Solid SQL skills and comfort with relational databases.
- Practical experience with Salesforce and Marketo.
- A high bar for data quality and ability to diagnose issues across systems.
