Responsibilities
- Serve as a MuleSoft subject-matter expert for Success Architects and advise on enterprise architecture, governance, and cross-cloud solutions.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to MuleSoft technical architecture, DevOps, performance, scaling, and solution design for Signature Success customers.
- Develop delivery and discovery assets aligned with the Success Architect engagement catalog.
- Analyze, design, and optimize business processes using technology and integration, including optimization and migration guidance.
- Evaluate architecture and infrastructure to identify technical needs and recommend improvements across lines of business.
- Advise Enterprise Architects, CTOs, CIOs, and business stakeholders on security, performance, development processes, and application governance.
- Build relationships with customers, internal teams, business partners, and diverse technical stakeholders.
- Mentor diverse teams and manage multiple parallel work streams independently.
Requirements
- Broad knowledge of API and integration patterns, use cases, technologies, and trends.
- Significant prior experience as a MuleSoft practitioner with hands-on experience in large-scale integration deployments.
- Recognized and certified MuleSoft expertise with deep knowledge of the Anypoint Platform, including its capabilities, limitations, design, and roadmap.
- Expertise in performance, scaling, DevOps, and containerization, including working knowledge of Kubernetes.
- Ability to evaluate architecture and infrastructure and make technology and integration recommendations.
- Ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes and guide customers through optimization and migration.
- Ability to act as a trusted advisor to enterprise architecture and executive stakeholders using enterprise architecture best practices.
- Ability to advise and mentor diverse teams through influence and adaptive communication.
- Strong written, presentation, and overall communication skills, with a proactive and self-starting approach.
- Familiarity with microservices, cloud architecture, and on-premises, hybrid, and cloud platforms is preferred.
- Experience troubleshooting integration scaling and performance issues across distributed systems is advantageous.
- Thought leadership through publications or public speaking is preferred.
- Experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives is preferred.
- Customer-facing experience in professional services consulting or architecture, solutions architecture, or customer success is preferred.
