Responsibilities
- Deploy, support, troubleshoot, and maintain large-scale customer-critical systems and cloud infrastructure.
- Guide development teams on deployment, testing, and operational best practices.
- Enhance cloud operations and monitoring to identify and resolve issues proactively.
- Design maintenance procedures, operational guides, and standardized automation.
- Build, deploy, and manage stateful services such as databases and RAFT clusters.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies and contribute to project installation best practices.
- Maintain adherence to organizational security policies.
Requirements
- Extensive troubleshooting and coordination skills.
- Demonstrated experience deploying and supporting large-scale, customer-critical systems.
- Strong understanding of AWS, Linux, Terraform, cloud automation tools, and common network protocols.
- Good knowledge of Python, Bash, and Docker.
- Experience building, deploying, and managing stateful services, including databases and RAFT clusters.
- Ability to collaborate effectively, communicate clearly, share knowledge, and maintain operational stability.
