Base Salary
$145k - $181k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain production-ready enterprise AI applications and internal tools using Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform, Cursor, and Claude.
- Build intelligent agent experiences and automate complex business workflows with internal business units.
- Evaluate, customize, and integrate platforms such as Google Gemini Enterprise App.
- Maintain a centralized AI Gateway for LLM API routing, rate limiting, cost controls, and model selection.
- Integrate an AI Agent Registry to catalog, govern, and monitor company agents.
- Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting for AI touchpoints.
- Manage AI data pipelines and infrastructure to meet ITAR and EAR standards.
- Partner with Security and Legal teams on data access controls, secret management, and compliance checks.
- Promote AI engineering best practices and evangelize AI tools across technical and non-technical teams.
Requirements
- 6+ years of software engineering experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on application development and deployment experience across the GCP and AWS ecosystems.
- Experience working in regulated engineering environments requiring ITAR, EAR, or FedRAMP compliance.
- Expertise with GCP, AWS, Python, vector databases, and SQL.
- Experience with AI Gateways, Agent Registries, and AI orchestration platforms.
- Ability to adapt to constant change and maintain a learning mindset.
- Experience with Gemini Enterprise App and Claude Code or Cowork is preferred.
