Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, and deploy software solutions and automation across platforms.
- Write and maintain code using Python, Java, Bash, software development best practices, testing principles, and pipelines.
- Design and deliver scalable software components and contribute to platform improvements and upgrades.
- Troubleshoot complex faults across software infrastructure and collaborate with senior specialists on resolution.
- Create technical specifications and software solutions for complex initiatives.
- Identify automation and efficiency opportunities and lead assigned improvement initiatives.
- Work within cross-functional Agile squads and lead assigned workstreams with structured delivery and documentation.
- Support internal customers before and after service delivery and contribute to operational excellence metrics and processes.
- Maintain audit and security compliance and contribute to solution artefacts for new products and platform enhancements.
