Responsibilities

Lead small- to large-scale end-to-end implementations of LogicMonitor solutions.
Partner with Professional Services Project Managers and Customer Success Managers on engagement kickoffs and handoffs.
Conduct remote and onsite customer discovery, design, and deployment sessions to drive adoption.
Optimize customer LogicMonitor configurations and promote best practices.
Use REST APIs and scripting to automate routine and bulk tasks.
Create custom scripted solutions using LogicMonitor Websites, LogicModules, NetScans, and external integrations.
Identify product gaps, feature requests, and issues and communicate them to Product and Development teams.
Serve as a LogicMonitor subject matter expert and share technical lessons with customers and peers.
Provide occasional LogicModule development support to Monitoring Engineering and assist Sales or Customer Success with deals and retention.
Stay current on LogicMonitor features, enhancements, and best practices.

3–4 years of experience as an IT professional or software engineer.
At least 2 years of IT operations experience, including systems administration, network engineering, and DevOps.
At least 1 year of hands-on scripting or programming experience with Python, PowerShell, Java, or Groovy.
Subject matter expertise in one or more IT domains, such as Windows/Linux server, networking, security, storage, virtualization, or cloud.
Proficiency with web technologies including HTTP, JSON, regular expressions, and REST APIs.
Willingness to travel 10–20%.
Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, innovation, or problem-solving.

The position is based in London, England, near Waterloo and Blackfriars on the Southbank.
The role is hybrid, with teams coordinating time in company Centers of Energy according to how they work best.
The position includes 10–20% travel.
