Responsibilities
- Define, manage, and deliver high-quality features from concept through deployment within a cross-functional squad.
- Develop and maintain pricing manager services using Go, Python, React, and Ember.js.
- Ensure system reliability and performance.
- Apply architectural thinking to service boundaries, data ownership, scalability, and technical tradeoffs.
- Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, product managers, and related platform and integrations teams.
- Use Claude Code to accelerate development, documentation, and daily engineering work.
Requirements
- Deep backend experience with Go or Python/Django and frontend literacy sufficient to ship end-to-end features.
- Experience breaking complex outcomes into incremental releases while maintaining clean service boundaries, data ownership, and scalability.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Claude Code and eagerness to use AI to work faster.
- Fluency in English, clear stakeholder communication, and ability to take ownership of a domain.
- Experience with additional backend languages is welcomed.
- Familiarity with Ember.js, React, and TypeScript is welcomed.
- Experience in data-heavy product domains or hospitality technology is welcomed.
