Responsibilities
- Lead a team of quality engineers through multidisciplinary planning and ecosystem integration.
- Develop and implement end-to-end testing strategies, quality processes, testing metrics, and defect-resolution practices.
- Validate solutions in CLS core and peripheral systems during migration from legacy lending platforms.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and business analysts to test migration mapping rules and logic.
- Test migration loading in controlled environments and conduct dress rehearsals and production migration.
- Support data review and enrichment activities while ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and completeness.
- Manage and report defects and communicate findings to stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience is required, with the technical profile specifying six to eight years of relevant software testing experience.
- Hands-on experience with FIS Commercial Lending Solutions, CLS, ACBS, Finastra Fusion Loan IQ, or an equivalent platform; the posting specifically requests at least five years with Finastra Fusion Loan IQ.
- Commercial lending and structured finance domain and product knowledge.
- Experience designing and executing manual and automated test cases.
- Proficiency with SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
- Hands-on ETL experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle, Agile frameworks, API integration, and web services testing.
- Experience with BDD frameworks and practices, including Cucumber, Gherkin, and X-ray.
- Ability to analyze complex business problems, manage stakeholders, communicate findings, and produce functional and technical documentation.
- Familiarity with Confluence and UML for documenting system requirements and workflows.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education.
