Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction, architecture, and delivery of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, development, implementation, and delivery.
- Set development standards and lead best practices for software quality, scalability, performance, and productivity.
- Act as a subject matter expert and make technical decisions for the team and across multiple teams.
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for data warehouse environments.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve data quality issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Facilitate alignment between technical teams and business units.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Data Warehouse ETL Testing.
- Proficiency in data warehouse ETL testing, data integration processes, and ETL tools and methodologies.
- Experience designing and executing test plans and test cases for data warehouse environments.
- Experience identifying, analyzing, and resolving data quality issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Familiarity with database technologies and scripting languages for automated testing and validation.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data flow and integrity across systems.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
