Responsibilities
- Embed directly with major enterprise customers across the EU and US to understand audit, risk, compliance, and governance workflows.
- Run agent-focused discovery workshops, rapidly prototype agentic solutions, and test them with practitioners.
- Source, integrate, and move data between enterprise systems while building reliable pipelines for customer implementations.
- Take AI agents from prototype through production by building evaluation infrastructure, golden datasets, guardrails, observability, and regression controls.
- Diagnose agent failure modes including model-update regressions, context-window degradation, prompt instability, and non-deterministic outputs.
- Identify reusable agent behaviors across accounts and feed field insights into the platform, product, and engineering teams.
- Translate customer needs into API surfaces, data integration requirements, and agent tool specifications.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience shipping at least one SaaS production agent from prototype through evaluation, live deployment, and regression testing.
- Proven enterprise implementation experience sourcing data from multiple systems, building integrations, and onboarding complex customers onto technical platforms.
- Deep understanding of the Agent Development Life Cycle, including evaluation frameworks, guardrails, observability, prompt versioning, and golden datasets.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals covering APIs, data pipelines, backend services, and agent tool-calling frameworks such as MCP or equivalent.
- Experience with TypeScript and/or Python.
- Experience with multi-agent orchestration patterns, including orchestrator/sub-agent architectures, agent-to-agent coordination, and shared context models.
- Ability to operate effectively with both technical stakeholders and business leaders, including company Boards and executive leadership teams.
- Curiosity about GRC, audit, and compliance domains and the ability to learn them quickly.
- Flexibility to travel regularly to customer sites across the EU and US.
- Background in Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, or forward-deployed technical roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with GRC, audit, or compliance software platforms is preferred.
- Exposure to LLMOps tooling such as tracing, prompt versioning, evaluation at scale, and regression testing frameworks is preferred.
- Prior forward-deployed, solutions engineering, or embedded customer-facing engineering experience is preferred.
