Base Salary
$150k - $185k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop user-facing web applications and CRM tools for homeownership clients.
- Create internal tools to enhance the efficiency of mortgage bankers and consultants.
- Build and maintain data pipelines for operationalizing data across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate and implement solutions.
- Write clean, reliable code across various platforms.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, React, and Postgres or similar technologies.
- Strong collaborative and communicative skills.
- An entrepreneurial spirit with a focus on positive business outcomes.
