Responsibilities
- Partner with logistics teams to understand workflows and translate customer needs into system designs.
- Build fast, AI-powered full-stack tools using Node.js and TypeScript.
- Integrate enterprise systems including ERP, TMS, SFTP, event queues, and third-party APIs.
- Construct and maintain reliable data pipelines for unstructured, multi-source, and real-world data.
- Shape product direction and technical decisions with the founding team.
- Write clean, production-ready code and own outcomes from design through deployment.
- Travel regularly to customer accounts across Europe and Asia and maintain close customer relationships.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience building full-stack applications or backend systems in production environments.
- Strong proficiency with TypeScript and Node.js; React or another modern frontend framework is a plus.
- Experience designing and integrating enterprise systems such as ERPs, TMSs, and third-party APIs.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Terraform, GCP, or AWS.
- Experience building and maintaining data pipelines for unstructured or multi-source data.
- Ability to ship quickly and iterate based on direct user feedback.
- Clear communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfort working autonomously in an early-stage environment and owning outcomes.
- Familiarity with GenAI or LLM architectures such as RAG, evals, or orchestration is a bonus.
- Background in logistics, supply chain, or operations is a plus.
- Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites across Europe and Asia.
