Responsibilities
- Manage technical projects from discovery and scoping through production release.
- Work directly with customer teams to map workflows and identify adoption barriers.
- Convert customer processes into AI-driven automated workflows on the platform.
- Build customer-tailored prototypes and iterate based on feedback and changing scope.
- Feed deployment insights into the core product roadmap.
- Develop reusable components and standardized approaches from recurring implementation patterns.
Requirements
- 1–6 years of production software engineering experience shipping systems end-to-end.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js, with hands-on experience using NestJS, Postgres, Prisma, and React.
- Ability to work directly with customers to scope, prototype, and iterate on technical deliverables.
- Prior forward-deployed or solutions engineering experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with financial services, private markets, or fund operations is a bonus but not required.
- Ability to thrive in a small founding-team environment with significant ownership and ambiguity.
