Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications.
- Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios across web and mobile platforms.
- Conduct functional, regression, smoke, exploratory, API, localization, internationalization, accessibility, cross-browser, operating-system, and cross-device testing.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks and JavaScript automation scripts.
- Automate web UI and mobile web test cases using Selenium and Playwright.
- Integrate automation tests with CI/CD pipelines, analyze failures, and maintain test reports.
- Perform desktop testing and validate different browsers, devices, orientations, screen sizes, resolutions, and operating-system versions.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in web testing and quality engineering.
- Experience owning and executing quality engineering for large static and dynamic websites.
- Experience testing HTML and JavaScript-based sites across browsers and devices.
- Hands-on experience with desktop testing, web testing, Selenium, Playwright, and manual testing.
- Experience with API testing using REST/JSON and tools such as Postman or Swagger.
- Knowledge of accessibility testing, including WCAG basics, screen readers, and keyboard or touch navigation.
- A B.Tech, MCA, BCA, M.Tech, Bachelor of Engineering, or Master of Engineering qualification is required.
- Generative AI is listed as a required skill.
