Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Plan, design, execute, and report on functional, manual, automation, regression, and end-to-end tests.
- Create and maintain automation frameworks and test scripts using TOSCA, Playwright, and Selenium.
- Test POS, self-checkout, payments applications, web services, REST APIs, and SOAP APIs across hardware combinations.
- Analyze requirements, identify testable requirements, prioritize work, and maintain requirements traceability matrices.
- Execute pilot automation runs, review test results, prepare test summary reports, and participate in defect triage.
- Test defects, update defect status, perform root-cause analysis, and support defect prioritization and resolution.
- Provide testing updates to customers and collaborate with test leads, analysts, project stakeholders, and other teams.
Requirements
- Experience across software testing phases, including test planning, functional testing, reporting, regression testing, test execution, and defect management.
- Strong automation testing experience with TOSCA, Playwright, and Selenium, including automation framework creation.
- Experience working with Jira and exposure to Azure DevOps automation and CI/CD tools.
- Experience with retail, point-of-sale, self-checkout, payments applications, and related infrastructure.
- Knowledge of Instore, Connex, Qwikcilver, Linkly, Pywin Auto, and GitHub Copilot.
- Experience with REST and SOAP API testing and tools such as Postman or SoapUI.
- Experience with Java, TypeScript, and Python in automation or testing contexts.
- Knowledge of SAP, Atlassian Platform tools, qTest, and Google Sheets is beneficial.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, independence, adaptability, and ability to work with project stakeholders.
- A B.E. or B.Tech is listed as an optional qualification.
