Responsibilities
- Engage customer executives to identify pain points, opportunities, and value-driving ServiceNow solutions.
- Lead architecture and design engagements for IT transformation, digital products and services, PaaS, enterprise service management, and industry-specific solutions.
- Translate customer business strategies into architectures integrated with current and future technology landscapes.
- Communicate ServiceNow and platform architecture concepts to enterprise architects, directors, VPs, and C-level executives.
- Lead and participate in workshops, best-practice overviews, and educational sessions for customers and partners.
- Develop and contribute to best practices, white papers, architecture strategies, and thought leadership.
Requirements
- 15 or more years of proven success influencing senior technology leaders in pre-sales, customer, or delivery-focused roles.
- Proven enterprise or application architecture experience, including designing, implementing, and managing advanced architectures and integrating multiple systems or platforms.
- Experience leading diverse teams and driving challenging goals through organizational networks.
- Experience using Human Centered Design techniques to understand customer needs and establish future-state visions.
- Familiarity with TOGAF, Zachman, IT4IT, BIAN, TMForum, or similar enterprise and industry architecture frameworks.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles, including SaaS, PaaS, multi-tenancy, and automation.
- Experience across multiple technical domains, including application, data, DevOps, AI/ML, integration, big data, mobility, and analytics.
- Experience presenting architecture concepts, designs, and goals to technology leaders and partners.
- Strong customer relationship-building, executive engagement, problem-solving, communication, and solution-creation skills.
