Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality, secure, scalable software solutions.
- Build Java and Spring backend services and RESTful web services.
- Develop responsive user interfaces and visualizations with modern frontend frameworks.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and technical teams on product development.
- Participate in architectural discussions, iteration planning, feature sizing, and Agile ceremonies.
- Provide support during System and User Acceptance Testing.
- Deploy, monitor, and scale applications using cloud platforms, containers, and orchestration technologies.
- Work with Databricks, Spark-based processing, ETL pipelines, and Delta Lake.
- Integrate AI/ML services and APIs into applications and use AI-powered development tools.
- Support high-quality code development within expected timelines and budgets.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in full-stack Java application development and support.
- Hands-on experience with Java 8 or higher, Spring Framework 5 or above, Spring Boot, and Spring REST APIs.
- Experience with relational databases such as Oracle or SQL Server and optimized SQL queries.
- Experience with React or Angular for responsive user interfaces.
- Experience with Jenkins, Maven or Gradle, SonarQube, Chef, or equivalent automation tools.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and cloud-native and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Hands-on experience or exposure to Databricks, Spark-based data processing, ETL pipelines, or Delta Lake.
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts, AI-assisted development tools, and integration of AI/ML services or APIs.
- Familiarity with Tomcat, Apache, STS, Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA, and Visual Studio Code.
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and experience with Agile Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills and experience working in global, cross-functional teams.
- Python-based AI model and application development is preferred.
