Base Salary
$207k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design infrastructure that supports scalable use of collected research data and add functionality required by research teams.
- Evaluate ML tools and agent platforms for infrastructure support and design compliant APIs and standard processing approaches.
- Build data processing pipelines that support health research and usage by people and their agents.
- Identify and remove sources of researcher friction and unnecessary process.
- Improve and maintain infrastructure for smooth operation and minimal toil.
- Participate in planning and help shape technical direction in alignment with broader strategy and business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience programming in C++, Java, Python, Kotlin, or Go.
- 5 years of experience testing and launching software products.
- 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
- Experience with Apache Beam.
- Preferred: Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Preferred: 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
- Preferred: 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional or cross-business projects.
- Preferred: experience working with Healthcare AI.
