Base Salary
$150k - $195k/yr
Responsibilities
- Act as a technical expert and strategic advisor to partners.
- Build and sustain relationships with various stakeholders.
- Conduct on-site visits to drive adoption and integration.
- Manage the full partner lifecycle from onboarding to advocacy.
- Apply best practices to ensure effective product adoption.
- Identify and translate partner issues into actionable requirements.
- Run live product demos and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Proactively identify opportunities for expansion.
- Lead executive business reviews and strategy workshops.
- Influence product roadmap and internal processes.
- Resolve complex partner issues and ensure timely outcomes.
- Design and ship tools and workflows for scalable partner success.
- Utilize AI workflows to enhance efficiency in tasks.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years in Technical Account Management, Sales Engineering, or Enterprise Customer Success.
- Proven track record in blending customer engagement with technical expertise.
- Hands-on experience with product demos and technical workshops.
- Demonstrated success in identifying expansion opportunities.
- Strong technical aptitude for discussing APIs and troubleshooting.
- Experience engaging with technical teams and executive buyers.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong sense of ownership and personal brand development.
- Understanding of partner ecosystems and channel business models.
- Evidence of building tools or systems that eliminate recurring work.
