Responsibilities
- Act as a technical expert and strategic advisor to partners, aligning business goals with technical solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, engineers, program managers, executives, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct partner visits and work hands-on to drive adoption and embed Deepgram into partner workflows.
- Own partner onboarding, adoption, enablement, expansion, and advocacy across the full lifecycle.
- Apply best practices, reference architectures, and creative solutions to improve integration and partner outcomes.
- Discover and translate partner issues, technical complexity, and business impact into actionable internal requirements.
- Run live product demos, lead architecture discussions, and troubleshoot L1-style issues.
- Maintain expertise in Deepgram APIs, integrations, and AI/ML technologies.
- Identify and scope cross-sell, upsell, and multi-product expansion opportunities with Sales.
- Lead executive business reviews, joint planning sessions, and strategy workshops.
- Represent partner needs internally and influence product roadmaps, go-to-market strategy, tools, and processes.
- Lead complex cross-functional issue resolution and act as an escalation point.
- Build tools, agents, dashboards, and automated workflows that create scalable, self-service partner experiences.
- Design AI-first workflows for partner research, technical enablement, diagnostics, follow-ups, and business review analysis.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Sales Engineering, and/or technically focused Enterprise Customer Success at innovative, API-driven technology companies.
- Proven experience combining customer engagement with solution design, technical problem-solving, and commercial growth.
- Hands-on experience running product demos, proofs of concept, or technical workshops with enterprise customers.
- Demonstrated success identifying expansion, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities in complex enterprise accounts.
- Strong technical aptitude with APIs, developer workflows, and basic L1-style troubleshooting; coding is not required.
- Experience engaging developers, architects, support teams, and executive buyers such as CIOs, CTOs, and VPs of Engineering.
- Strong communication, collaboration, stakeholder influence, ownership, and customer stewardship skills.
- Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and channel models including resale, referral, integrations, co-marketing, and co-selling.
- Evidence of building a tool, agent, script, dashboard, or workflow that permanently eliminated recurring work.
- An AI-native operating model with specific workflows that structurally depend on AI.
- Preferred experience spanning solutions engineering, technical account management, L1 support, customer success, or partner management.
- Preferred experience in AI, machine learning, voice AI, cloud infrastructure, or developer-first technologies.
- Preferred working fluency with automation, scripting, or agent-building using Python, TypeScript, workflow tools, agent frameworks, or equivalent.
- Preferred familiarity with channel or partner marketing, enablement programs, and technical enablement asset creation.
