Responsibilities

Provide technical governance for high-complexity Agentic programs.
Define playbooks and global standards for development productivity, Prompt Engineering, and AI-native practices.
Implement emerging AI tools and automated delivery strategies.
Serve as the technical authority for resolving critical failures and stabilizing environments.
Lead technical discovery and negotiation with customer stakeholders.
Coach customer and partner technical leads managing complex platform ecosystems.
Perform system audits and architectural health assessments.
Identify and mitigate architectural risks across multiple project portfolios.
Translate business goals into multi-stream delivery plans aligned with strategic ROI.
Publish articles and deliver conference talks to advance Agentic transformation thought leadership.

8+ years of software engineering experience.
8–10 years of overall experience with a proven record architecting solutions for global enterprise clients and leading multi-stream technical programs.
Expert-level knowledge of Agentic architectures, including large-scale orchestration, memory management, and reasoning structures.
Mastery of the OutSystems Agentic Platform and associated .NET, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL stacks.
Advanced knowledge of DevOps strategy and automated delivery lifecycles.
Advanced negotiation, strategic thought leadership, and organizational-change skills through technical influence.
OutSystems Expert Developer certification plus Advanced AI/Architecture certifications.
