Responsibilities
- Deliver product and platform changes through design, implementation, testing, release, and support.
- Write maintainable and secure code using established team standards and patterns.
- Build and maintain APIs, services, user-facing features, data workflows, and operational tooling.
- Participate in design discussions, code reviews, incident follow-up, and continuous improvement.
- Investigate defects and production issues and implement durable fixes.
- Add tests, monitoring, and documentation to make software reliable and operable.
- Collaborate with Product and partner teams to clarify requirements and deliver customer value.
- Use AI-assisted development tools for research, implementation, testing, documentation, and quality improvement.
Requirements
- Hands-on software development experience through coursework, internships, professional work, or equivalent projects.
- Working knowledge of at least one programming language and fundamentals of data structures, algorithms, APIs, testing, and version control.
- Ability to break down problems, communicate progress, ask for help, and deliver reliably within a team.
- Commitment to software quality, security, observability, and customer experience.
- Willingness to learn unfamiliar systems and domains and apply feedback.
- Familiarity with AI tools or an AI-forward mindset.
- Bonus experience includes cloud operations, production services, relational or non-relational databases, event-driven systems, distributed applications, frontend, mobile, data pipelines, developer tooling, AI-assisted development, open source, technical communities, or hackathons.
- Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.
