Base Salary
$160k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own features end-to-end, including design, implementation, testing, and deployment of user-facing functionality and backend APIs.
- Work across frontend, backend, and database layers and help define the product's technology stack.
- Integrate AI and LLM capabilities into workflows for smarter IT service management.
- Build highly performant, secure, and scalable services for enterprise customers.
- Collaborate with platform engineers on infrastructure and with product and design teams on user experience.
- Improve developer productivity through internal tooling, code quality, and CI/CD practices.
- Build enterprise-grade security and compliance into the product, including SOC 2 and ISO 27001 readiness.
- Deliver features that create measurable value for enterprise users.
Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a top-tier engineering school is required.
- Experience in full-stack engineering or software engineering with end-to-end ownership in SaaS environments serving enterprise customers is required.
- Proficiency with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular and experience building clean, performant user interfaces and design systems are required.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Go, Rust, or C++ is required.
- Experience designing REST or GraphQL APIs and distributed systems is required.
- Hands-on experience with relational databases such as Postgres or MySQL is required; non-relational or graph database experience is preferred.
- Strong experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure is required.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform is required.
- Experience with AI/LLM integrations, ITSM or enterprise workflows, and taking products from 0 to 1 is a bonus.
- A pragmatic, product-driven approach and comfort working in a high-velocity startup environment are expected.
