Responsibilities
- Own features end-to-end: design, implement, test, and deploy user-facing functionality and backend APIs.
- Shape the stack by working across front-end, backend, and database layers.
- Integrate AI/LLM capabilities into workflows to enhance ITSM efficiency.
- Build highly performant, secure, and scalable services for enterprise customers.
- Collaborate with platform engineers on infrastructure and with product/design on UX.
- Contribute to internal tooling, code quality, and CI/CD best practices.
- Ensure enterprise-grade security and compliance from day one.
- Deliver features that enterprise users love, improving upon legacy tools.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from a top-tier engineering school.
- Experience in Full Stack Engineering or Software Engineering with end-to-end ownership in SaaS environments.
- Skilled in modern frontend frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular, with a strong understanding of design systems.
- Proficient in at least one modern backend programming language such as Python, Go, Rust, or C++.
- Hands-on experience with relational databases like Postgres/MySQL and ideally non-relational or graph databases.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- A pragmatic, product-driven mindset suited for high-velocity startup environments.
- Bonus: Experience with AI/LLM integrations or exposure to ITSM workflows.
