Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Employee Central and related modules.
- Configure and maintain foundation objects, business rules, workflows, event reasons, MDF objects, custom fields, picklists, and role-based permissions.
- Resolve incidents and service requests involving Employee Central configurations and data issues.
- Manage mass data uploads using SuccessFactors import tools and templates while ensuring data integrity and validation.
- Generate and maintain standard and custom reports using Report Center, Advanced Reporting, Story reports, and Canvas Reports.
- Participate in release management cycles, analyze new features, and recommend relevant adoption to the business.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams and manage deliverables with minimal supervision.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is required.
- Hands-on experience configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is required.
- Strong understanding of foundation objects, associations, workflows, business rules, and effective dating concepts is required.
- Familiarity with MDF objects, custom fields, picklists, and role-based permissions is required.
- Understanding of data models, XML configuration, and system provisioning is preferred.
- Strong communication, documentation, analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills are required.
- Experience working in a global delivery model and managing multiple stakeholders is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
