- Apply SRE and DevOps principles to improve system availability, performance, scalability, reliability, and observability.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.
- Automate build, test, deployment, release management, and other operational workflows.
- Provision and manage Azure and AWS cloud resources using Terraform, ARM, and Bicep.
- Support multi-environment deployments across development, UAT, and production.
- Deploy, scale, and manage containerized microservices using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Configure monitoring and analyze logs and alerts using Azure Monitor, CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.
- Participate in incident management, root-cause analysis, postmortems, and efforts to improve MTTR.
- Implement DevSecOps, IAM/RBAC, secrets management, and compliance controls.
- Improve performance through autoscaling, resource optimization, cost optimization, and FinOps initiatives.
- Guide adoption of serverless and event-driven architectures using Lambda and SNS.
- Oversee cloud data and analytics platforms using Databricks and LakeFlow.
- Collaborate with development, operations, platform, InfoSec, compliance, and other cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Any graduate degree or equivalent educational background.
- 3–5 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or cloud engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure and cloud services, with 5+ years of deep AWS experience stated for the AWS-focused scope.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools including Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and Git.
- Experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms.
- Working knowledge of Terraform, ARM, or Bicep for infrastructure as code.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Kubernetes and containers.
- Scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, and/or Python.
- Experience with monitoring tools including Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.
- Understanding of SRE concepts including SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, MTTR, uptime, latency, and error rates.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps practices, IAM/RBAC, secrets management, and cloud security standards.
- Strong AWS experience with EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, Lambda, ECS/EKS, SNS, CloudWatch, and Route 53.
- Extensive experience with Terraform and enterprise-scale infrastructure-as-code implementations.
- Experience with Databricks, LakeFlow, and cloud data platforms.
- Knowledge of cloud financial management, FinOps, forecasting, chargeback/showback, and optimization.
- Experience collaborating with InfoSec and compliance teams on ISO, SOC2, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS requirements.
- Azure DevOps, AWS, or Kubernetes certification is desirable.
