Base Salary
$187k - $268k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead development of the user interface and user experience for a new workload orchestration platform.
- Collaborate with internal Cisco teams, including Isovalent, to support network coexistence with customer topologies.
- Partner with the AI Software & Platform team to use agentic AI for playbooks, automation, workload migration, and integrations.
- Build platform software using modern frontend technologies and user-facing libraries.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years, Master’s degree with 6+ years, or PhD with 3+ years of platform software development experience, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with TypeScript, Linux, React, state management tools such as React Query or Zustand, and modern bundlers such as Vite, Vite+, Rspack, or Webpack.
- Preferred experience includes Kubernetes, VMware vSphere, NSX, OpenShift, OpenStack, SPA performance optimization, design systems, data visualization, testing frameworks, micro-frontend architecture, GraphQL APIs, and AI-assisted development tools.
