Responsibilities
- Write clean, performant, and maintainable web application code.
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, mentoring, and coaching to other engineers.
- Collaborate with backend developers, designers, product managers, QA, and other cross-functional partners.
- Conduct code reviews and uphold engineering and coding standards.
- Identify and implement refactoring, optimization, technical debt, and performance improvements.
- Own front-end feature delivery and eventually take end-to-end responsibility for roadmap projects.
- Author technical specifications and collaborate on project delivery plans.
- Participate in technical planning, estimation, requirements definition, retrospectives, testing, and final delivery.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience planning, building, and releasing web applications with front-end technologies.
- Strong expertise in TypeScript, HTML, and CSS, with Angular or another major front-end framework.
- Fluency in agentic coding workflows using Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor.
- Strong communication and project management skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Preferred: experience with Angular, RxJS, or similar web technologies.
- Preferred: full-stack engineering experience.
- Preferred: experience with Node.js or Scala.
- Preferred: experience working in large codebases and building or maintaining internal UI libraries.
- Preferred: business-, product-, and user-oriented mindset.
