Base Salary
$118k - $171k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide industry-specific technical guidance and advisory services to manufacturing clients and internal teams.
- Help clients establish shopfloor connectivity and scalable OT data and platform foundations.
- Shape Factory Data Foundation, Factory Agents, Analytics, and Agentic Factory AI offerings.
- Define technical architectures and lead advisory activities within Industry X projects.
- Guide bid teams in developing winning strategies and tailored solutions.
- Enable and coach regional teams in capturing Industry X and advisory growth opportunities.
- Create reusable assets, accelerators, and repeatable advisory services.
- Build strategic relationships with Accenture, Microsoft, and relevant industry partners.
- Present findings and recommendations clearly to clients and stakeholders up to the C-level.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software enterprise architecture and relevant industry experience.
- In-depth expertise in Industrial IoT and intelligent digital twins using knowledge graphs and AI in the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, open-source services, and integrating independent software vendor solutions into Microsoft-based architectures.
- Understanding of OT and IT, manufacturing and operations ontologies, data science, security, and data platforms.
- Knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies including IoT, cloud computing, big data analytics, artificial intelligence, robotics, and additive manufacturing.
- Relevant expertise in digital twins, computer vision, generative AI, AI agents, or agentic AI.
- Strong knowledge of ISA-95 and OPC-UA, including practical application to OT/IT data models, asset hierarchies, and interoperable manufacturing data exchange.
- Experience implementing data platforms, IoT architectures, AI and machine learning models, and analytics solutions.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong client communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and technical or industry thought leadership skills.
- Manufacturing, aerospace and defense, high tech, consumer goods, life sciences, chemicals, natural resources, energy, or utilities experience is of special interest.
- Experience with Factory Agents and Analytics or Manufacturing Data Solutions is a plus.
