Responsibilities
- Partner with account teams and clients to identify automation opportunities and develop value propositions.
- Assess, design, and lead end-to-end delivery of intelligent automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Advise clients on improving and scaling automation and process excellence programs.
- Build, evaluate, and enhance client Automation Centers of Excellence.
- Lead complex transformation initiatives from design through enterprise scaling.
- Shape solutions, develop proposals, and respond to RFPs as part of pre-sales activities.
- Mentor and guide onshore and offshore teams and support team development.
- Contribute to automation frameworks, reusable methodologies, solution offerings, implementation standards, publications, webinars, and partner engagements.
Requirements
- Proven architect experience with strong Microsoft Power Platform expertise and PL-stack certifications.
- Strong understanding of RPA, machine learning, OCR/IOCR, generative AI, and process mining.
- Hands-on experience with low-code development, automation, BI tools, chatbots, and digital enablement platforms.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and other major cloud and enterprise platforms.
- Experience leading complex transformation initiatives and providing trusted advisory services to clients.
- Experience in pre-sales, including solution shaping, proposal development, and RFP responses.
- Experience managing and developing teams, with strong people-leadership capabilities.
- Effective presentation skills and preferred experience engaging executive stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and multicultural teamwork skills.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
