Responsibilities
- Complete intensive developmental training in consulting methodologies, enterprise technology standards, and professional skills.
- Develop and engineer software components using industry and Capco best practices.
- Contribute to projects involving web, backend, mobile, Salesforce, machine learning, data extraction, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
- Design features, estimate delivery, learn new technical and functional skills, and participate in Agile team ceremonies.
- Write automated test cases, support defect triage and resolution, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Understand client requirements and business objectives, document business processes, analyze datasets, and prepare data visualizations and reports.
- Collaborate with client, vendor, design, business analysis, engineering, testing, technology, and operations teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related major, or demonstrated interest in business, finance, and/or technology.
- Expected graduation in December 2026 or spring 2027.
- Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA from an accredited college or university.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate within cross-disciplined teams.
- Willingness to travel extensively based on office and client locations.
- Authorization to work in the United States as a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
