Base Salary
$85k - $124k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software robots using UiPath to automate redundant business processes.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Sponsors, Engineers, QA, Architecture, and other stakeholders.
- Gather and document requirements and document complex software functionality.
- Identify and optimize business practices, workflows, and systems.
- Use SQL to extract and query data and provide reports to internal departments and management.
- Provide mentorship to teammates and continuously advance technical skills.
- Prioritize projects among competing stakeholders and manage client expectations.
Requirements
- 4+ years of UiPath experience.
- 1–3 years of systems analysis, automation, or logistics experience.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Strong oral and written communication, organization, and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred: Python scripting for automation and data processing, including NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, and Requests.
- Preferred: ability to build reusable modular Python code and integrate APIs using Python.
- Preferred: experience with Copilot, ChatGPT, and AI/ML frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
- Preferred: undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics/Mathematics, Analytics, Logistics/Supply Chain, or Business.
