Responsibilities
- Configure, customize, script, automate workflows, integrate, and maintain the organization’s ServiceNow platform.
- Support ServiceNow ITSM capabilities and develop Service Catalog solutions.
- Automate business processes and deliver scalable, reliable ServiceNow solutions with IT and business stakeholders.
- Manage technical interactions with ServiceNow support through the HI/Impact portal to track defects and operational support cases.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration.
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules and Service Catalog.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JSON, XML, REST, and SOAP web services.
- Understanding of ITIL processes, including Incident, Request, Problem, Change, and CMDB.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and ITIL v4 Foundation certifications are preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance are required.
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
