Base Salary
$110k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable architectural patterns for the iManage Work family of products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and peer engineering teams to build integrated solutions.
- Improve developer productivity and software quality using backend tooling.
- Communicate, document, and present technical solutions to technical and business audiences.
- Continuously learn, improve, and share knowledge with colleagues globally.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience building software or applications with Java.
- Proficiency in additional programming languages; full-stack development experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with relational databases and NoSQL systems.
- Thought leadership and design skills in areas such as high-transaction systems, distributed microservices architectures, fault-tolerant designs, and data and system security.
- Experience with Linux as a development and runtime environment.
- Passion for combining infrastructure and software to build scalable solutions.
- Desire to work with Azure cloud-native services on a globally distributed platform.
- Knowledge of secure coding and design practices, including threat modeling, is a plus.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and build management, and Docker experience, is a plus.
