Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize software solutions and applications.
- Apply scientific methods and software engineering practices to analyze and solve engineering problems.
- Contribute to research, design, development, and maintenance throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Work independently in highly complex environments and take responsibility for a substantial aspect of business activity.
- Collaborate with software engineers, stakeholders, clients, and other teams.
- Balance business, technical, and people objectives while handling difficult and complex situations.
- Contribute to recruitment and the development of other employees.
Requirements
- 4 to 12 years of software development experience.
- Strong experience across all phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Ability to work independently in highly complex environments and exercise original judgment.
- Ability to demonstrate technical leadership and supervise or support the development of other software engineers.
- Understanding of business, commercial, and negotiating principles.
- Ability to develop long-term partnerships with clients.
