Responsibilities
- Evolve AI-powered integration and migration products, including internal assets such as Alchemy, by translating roadmap and country needs into technical designs and implementation increments.
- Build reusable components, APIs, connectors, agentic workflows, evaluation scripts, and automation for integration, migration, modernization, and application decommissioning use cases.
- Apply LLMs, agentic AI, RAG, GraphRAG, code analysis, and workflow automation to practical enterprise scenarios.
- Define technical guardrails, engineering practices, and quality criteria aligned with technology standards, AI governance, cybersecurity, and cloud architecture requirements.
- Evaluate vendor solutions, open-source tools, and market capabilities and support buy-versus-build assessments and integrations.
- Create reference architectures, technical documentation, implementation playbooks, and reusable patterns while supporting PoCs, pilots, and early adoption.
- Partner with product, architecture, cloud, vendor, and country technology teams to assess feasibility, explain trade-offs, and inform product roadmaps.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, cloud engineering, AI engineering, or technical product development in enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience building or evolving digital products, platforms, automation tools, developer tools, or integration capabilities.
- Practical experience with AI-enabled systems, LLM use cases, code analysis, workflow automation, RAG, agents, or AI-assisted software engineering.
- Experience with APIs, enterprise integrations, cloud services, DevOps practices, and secure software delivery.
- Experience collaborating with product owners, vendors, architects, and delivery teams in complex organizations.
- Experience in banking, financial services, or another regulated technology environment is preferred.
- Exposure to modernization, application rationalization, legacy transformation, enterprise migration, vendor assessments, PoCs, or buy-versus-build decisions is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Relevant cloud, AI/ML, software engineering, architecture, or cybersecurity certifications are preferred.
- Professional English proficiency is required; Spanish and Portuguese proficiency are preferred.
- Software engineering capability using Python or an equivalent language, APIs, Git, testing, documentation, and maintainable code practices.
- Knowledge of LLMs, agents, RAG, GraphRAG, prompt and workflow design, evaluation, and orchestration patterns.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, connectors, event-driven integration, authentication, and secure enterprise integration.
- DevOps fundamentals involving CI/CD, containers, observability, and infrastructure-as-code concepts.
- Cloud familiarity, particularly AWS; Azure experience is valuable.
- Familiarity with MCP, Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar agentic frameworks is preferred.
- Knowledge of knowledge graphs, code parsing, software-modernization tooling, or static analysis is preferred.
