Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and translate them into feasible software designs.
- Design, code, test, maintain, modify, and troubleshoot software applications and systems.
- Develop automated validation processes and execute test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Investigate defects, perform root-cause analysis, and improve system performance and availability.
- Support software installation, upgrades, deployment, continuous integration, and monitoring activities.
- Prepare code, technical documentation, flowcharts, reports, project status updates, and implementation materials.
- Coordinate with project teams, clients, functional teams, systems analysts, and engineering staff.
- Capture client requirements and feedback while responding to customer requests and supporting on-time delivery.
- Track quality risks, usability, serviceability, customer satisfaction, and project release-plan adherence.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and certification activities to maintain current programming and delivery skills.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory experience with Syniti.
- Ability to analyze software requirements, system flows, data usage, and work processes.
- Experience with software development, coding, testing, debugging, validation, and performance improvement.
- Ability to create technical documentation, reports, diagrams, and clear code comments.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, functional teams, systems analysts, and engineering staff.
- Strong customer-service, communication, status-reporting, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Willingness to participate in continuing education, learn new programming languages, and complete relevant certifications.
