Base Salary
$160k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end feature development with founders, customers, and engineers
- Make product and technical decisions shaping FleetWorks’s future
- Ship new work every day
- Learn from others and teach teammates
Requirements
- At least four years of professional full-time software development experience, including at least two years at one company or its acquirer
- Professional experience owning end-to-end feature development on customer-facing products
- Comfort working with or quickly learning TypeScript across the stack
- Ability to engage with complex, high-volume operational problems
- Empathy for users and colleagues
