Responsibilities
- Build Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Teams Toolkit agents to meet client requirements.
- Lead client workshops, manage client relationships, and guide clients to successful outcomes.
- Lead a team of experts delivering technical solutions.
- Translate business requirements into Microsoft 365-based technical solutions.
- Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Share Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and extensibility practices with global Avanade team members.
- Manage the task backlog for continuous improvement and contribute to solution estimates.
- Implement and govern Microsoft 365 Copilot prompts and agents.
Requirements
- Experience with client-facing engagements, workshops, and requirements gathering.
- Expertise with the Power Platform suite and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 Copilot underlying technology, prompts, agents, implementation, and governance.
- Familiarity with Copilot Studio, Dataverse, and Power Platform products.
- Familiarity with low-code and pro-code extensibility models for Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- Strong business analysis, critical thinking, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to secure applications and data.
- Familiarity with agile development practices.
