Responsibilities
- Build and orchestrate multi-agent AI systems and integrate agent outputs into production environments.
- Design prompts and workflows for AI coding agents and validate generated code for quality, safety, and accuracy.
- Create scalable RAG architectures, vector stores, and knowledge systems for context-aware AI experiences.
- Deploy, monitor, and optimize LLMs and AI agents in production.
- Implement responsible AI guardrails, observability practices, and AI-embedded applications and workflows.
- Partner directly with clients and own the continued production impact of the pod's work.
Requirements
- 3–10 years of technical delivery experience with strong full-stack AI-tool fluency.
- Hands-on experience with agentic coding and multi-agent orchestration using LangChain, AutoGen, or LangGraph.
- Strong prompt and intent engineering skills, including validation of AI-generated code.
- Experience designing RAG pipelines and managing vector databases.
- LLMOps and model lifecycle management experience, including guardrails, AIOps observability, and production AI operations.
- Demonstrated context and retrieval engineering, full-stack AI delivery, domain judgment, and business-outcome orientation.
