Responsibilities
- Build and orchestrate multi-agent AI systems for production business applications.
- Design prompts and workflows for AI coding agents and validate generated code for quality, safety, and accuracy.
- Create scalable RAG architectures, vector stores, and knowledge systems.
- Deploy, monitor, and optimize LLMs and AI agents in production.
- Implement responsible AI guardrails, observability practices, LLMOps, and AI-enabled workflows.
- Partner directly with clients and own the long-term production outcomes of the pod’s work.
Requirements
- 3–10 years of technical delivery experience with strong AI-tool fluency across the full stack.
- Hands-on agentic coding and multi-agent orchestration experience using frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or LangGraph.
- Strong prompt and intent engineering skills, including validation of AI-generated code.
- Experience designing RAG pipelines and managing vector databases.
- Experience with LLMOps, model lifecycle management, guardrails, AIOps observability, and CI/CD for AI systems.
- Demonstrated production AI operations, context and retrieval engineering, and full-stack AI delivery experience.
- Strong domain judgment and business-outcome orientation.
