Base Salary
$168k - $280k/yr
Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end software solutions by understanding customer pain points, scoping product specifications, and building autonomous agents.
- Build internal and external agents that solve customer blockers and enable more agentic user experiences.
- Collaborate with Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, and Account Management to close deals, activate customers, and expand customer value.
- Develop deep expertise in a core product area and make prioritization decisions between custom solutions and broader product initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of software engineering experience is preferred.
- Extensive experience building with and for agents.
- Track record of shipping high-quality products at scale.
- Comfort and enthusiasm for customer-facing work.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment and continuously grow.
